Description

People enter the healthcare profession to play a role in helping others....a calling, from which we derive meaning and joy. But the level of burnout amongst providers is at an all time high. Although there is now national and provincial attention directed at the workforce crisis, most issues and opportunities for improvement exist at the local environment level. This discussion will focus on the need for and methods to improve local sense of meaning and purpose, reduced burden and increased joy in work.
