The IPAC Manager is responsible and accountable for the overall function of the Infection Prevention and Control program within the home, overseeing the planning, development, implementation, coordination and evaluation of home-level improvements in IPAC. March 20, 2025 - William Osler Health System, Brampton, ON is seeking one temporary full time Infection Control Practitioner. The IPAC practitioner directly reports to the IPAC Hub Manager and will work with the regional IPAC Hub to provide expert guidance and sustainability planning in partnership with community congregate settings including LTC partners, retirement homes and others.
