Please complete all information in this form, and upload your Application Form and current C.V. or resume. (Ensure you have both files saved and ready to upload before proceeding).
- Download and complete the Regular Course Application Form, which you can find at the bottom of our course webpage, available at this link
The Application Form is a fillable Word document; however save your completed form as a PDF using the file name format LASTNAME_FIRSTNAME_APPLICATION.pdf.
- Save your current C.V./resume as a PDF using the file name format LASTNAME_FIRSTNAME_RESUME
- Complete the following online application form (enter your given name - no nicknames), your HOME address, upload your documents, and click 'Submit'. You will receive an automatic reply to indicate your application was submitted. If you do NOT receive the auto-reply, please email admin@ipac-canada.org to inquire if your application was received. DO NOT submit a duplicate application unless we advise you your application was not received.
The deadline for applications is July 14, 2024. A course overview and requirements can also be seen at the above link. Applicants will be advised of their acceptance by August 1, 2024. E-notifications regarding acceptance will come from the course coordinators' email, basicde@ipac-canada.org - add this as a 'safe sender' to your Address Book. Accepted students will be sent instructions on remitting tuition fees (due in full by August 15, 2024)
