IPAC Canada is aware of the challenges our members and our prospective conference attendees face at this time. Focus must be directed to the current COVID-19 situation and understandably our conference would be affected by both attendance and travel restrictions.
The IPAC Canada 2020 conference (Winnipeg, May 3-6) has been cancelled. We are investigating the best course of action concerning rescheduling or postponing.
Those who have registered and paid as an attendee will be provided with a 100% refund applied to their method of payment (cheque or credit card). Note this is for registered attendees only, not exhibitors. A separate message will be sent to our confirmed exhibitors. Please be patient as we complete the transactions.
DELTA MARRIOTT WINNIPEG
If you have booked a guest room at the Delta Marriott Winnipeg, please cancel immediately so the rooms can be rebooked without penalty to IPAC Canada.
If you have booked travel to the conference, both Westjet and Air Canada have offered refunds with a deadline date of March 31st. Please contact your carrier to determine the actual refund rules.
