Warning for Exhibitors
Infection Prevention and Control Canada has been made aware of a service provider of the name Exhibition Housing Services (EHS) which has contacted some of our valued exhibitors under the guise of working on behalf of IPAC Canada, and our conference, to offer hotel reservation services.
Please note that Exhibition Housing Services does NOT represent IPAC Canada or BUKSA Strategic Conference Services, our Conference Coordinator company, nor have we authorized EHS to act on our behalf, or on behalf of our exhibitors. It is our understanding that EHS charges excess booking fees for their services, and may immediately process your credit card for the full amount of your hotel reservation, in advance. If you are contacted by EHS we urge you to exercise caution before entering into any agreement with them.
IPAC Canada Conference exhibitors should contact our headquarter conference hotel directly for accommodation during the Charlottetown conference.
