BACKGROUND
The IPAC Canada Mentorship Program has been in place for 1 ½ years. While the program has had some success, there have also been challenges in matching mentors with mentees.
For the mentorship program to be most effective, we need to match mentee needs with mentor experience. For this to occur, we need to develop a list of available mentors, from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences.
This webinar will discuss our continued need for more ICPs to put themselves forward as mentors, and hopefully remove some of the barriers to doing so. Prospective mentees will also find this webinar of interest.
