The Certification Board of Infection Control (CBIC) allows for 1 IPU point per hour to those who watch recorded education sessions from our recent conference. Recordings are available within the Pheedloop platform; conference attendees were sent the platform link and a personal log-in and password to access them. After viewing a session recording, complete the session evaluation (see button below), and submit. A certificate of attendance will be issued under separate cover. Conference recordings are available until August 31, 2023; this is also the deadline to submit your evaluation(s) for credits.

**APPLICATIONS FOR THE ACCELERATED COURSE ARE NOW CLOSED****
All applicants: please complete all information in this form, and upload your Application Form and current C.V. Applicants for the Accelerated Course: you are also required to download, complete and save the Employer Letter of Support.  (ensure you have all files saved and ready to upload before proceeding).

1. Download and complete the course Application Form (and the Employer Letter of Support if applying for the Accelerated Program) which you can find at the bottom of our course webpage (available at this link: https://ipac-canada.org/ipac-canadas-novice-online-ipac-course )

The Application Form is a fillable Word document; however save your completed form as a PDF using the file name format LASTNAME_FIRSTNAME_APPLICATION.pdf. Indicate within the form if you are applying for the Accelerated Program or the Regular Program.

2. Save your current C.V. using the file name format LASTNAME_FIRSTNAME_RESUME (in Word or PDF)
3. Accelerated Program Applicants: save your Employer Letter of Support as: LASTNAME_FIRSTNAME_EMPLOYERSUPPORT

4. Complete the following online application form and click 'Submit'. You will receive an automatic reply to indicate your application was submitted.

Applications for the Accelerated Program are now closed; for the Regular Program, the deadline is March 15, 2021. A course overview and requirements can also be seen at the above link. Applicants will be advised of their acceptance in mid-March (Accelerated Program), and in June (Regular Program).

The course includes a 12 hour application project; it can be helpful for students to have a mentor for this aspect. Do you anticipate any problems completing this part of the course?
