Networking and Volunteer role with IPAC Canada. As IPAC SWO Chapter Treasurer (2016 to 2021) and as Finance Director (2021- to date) with the Board of IPAC Canada, these Volunteer positions have been fulfilling and rewarding. The role has brought Immense networking opportunities and growth.
As an ICP in an acute care setting that has a wide magnitude of services, there is potential for growth and participating in research projects to advance the field of IPAC. In turn Sharing this with IPAC Canada membership in form of webinars, abstracts, poster presentations.
There is no doubt that the resources and reliable reference sources available through IPAC Canada are utilized to draft policies and decision making in my role as an ICP.
