WHO Survey on IPAC programs in CanadaWarning - this news article expired on 2019-11-16. Information may no longer be accurate or applicable DEADLINE EXTENDED

(UPDATE):The World Health Organization (WHO) has launched a global survey on the current level of progress of infection prevention and control (IPC) programs and hand hygiene activities in health care facilities (acute-care hospitals). These surveys will close November 16, 2019 (Deadline Extended!).

CNISP is encouraging all Canadian acute-care hospitals to participate. The WHO has created a national link for Canada. By your hospital using this link to access the surveys, WHO will send the data from all Canadian acute-care hospitals that participated back to PHAC/CNISP. As a result we will be able to gain a better understanding of IPC programs and hand hygiene activities at the national level. We will return aggregate findings to all Canadian acute-care hospitals that participated.

Here is Canada’s country specific link to participate in these 2 surveys
