CSA Z305 General requirements for quality management and safety in perioperative settings

Developed by the Canadian Standards Association (CSA) Technical Committee on Perioperative Safety, the initiative was undertaken to articular key quality management system (QMS) principles and reqirements for perioperative environments, wherever they are located. The draft is now available for Public Review ending on August 16 2017. It is very important that key perioperative stakeholders review the document and submit comments and suggested corrections before publication.
