The course is made up of two parts: Part 1 (Fundamentals of Infection Control); and Part 2 (Effective Implementation and Practical Applications). Please select your preferred dates for both parts.

Part 1 dates are March 1st and 2nd, or March 9th and 10th; Part 2 dates are March 14th and 15th, or March 16th and 17th. A maximum of 15 registrants per course are currently offered.

Payment in full ($1096.10) by credit card is due after you complete this form. The fee is $970.00 plus 13% HST ($126.10). You will receive an e-confirmation of your registration and payment from the system. If you do not receive confirmation, please email admin@ipac-canada.org and we will confirm.
