The 21st Annual Run or Walk for Fun supports Infection Prevention and Control Professionals from under-funded or under-resourced countries
to participate in the annual International Federation of Infection Control (IFIC) education meeting.

Join us in supporting IFIC’s mission to bolster infection prevention and control professionals. Rally sponsors and join us for a scenic run
or walk through downtown Toronto.

Registration and payment of fees/sponsorship funds will take place at the Westin Harb our Castle (IPAC Canada Registration Desk on
Saturday, May 23 (5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Sunday, May 24 (7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.), and at the starting point on Monday, May 25. The Run/Walk
will commence from the Westin Harbour Castle.

Prizes will be awarded for the fastest runners and walkers, as well as to the person who raises the most sponsorship dollars.
Help us reach our net goal of $3,000.

The entry fee is $35 for runners and walkers. All participants will receive a race T-shirt. Breakfast will be provided to run/walk participants.

When gathering sponsorships for your participation in the run or walk, kindly submit the total sponsorship amount via a cheque made payable to IPAC Canada. Alternatively, credit card payments will be accepted on-site. IPAC Canada will then forward the collected funds to IFIC. Sponsorship monies and sign-up forms will be collected at registration. Sponsors will be provided with a charitable receipt from IPAC Canada.

Participants must sign a liability waiver during registration. Sanctioned by the City of Toronto and complies with all municipal by-laws. Medical assistance and water stations will be provided along the route. Participants are responsible for prioritizing their own health and safety during the run/walk.
