The Conference Venue
The Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity, formerly known as The Banff Centre, located in Banff, Alberta, was established in 1933 as the Banff School of Drama. It offers arts programs in the performing and fine arts, as well as leadership training. On June 23, 2016, Banff Centre announced a new name and released a new brand identity and strategic plan. It is now called Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity, and its new mission is “to inspire artists and leaders to make their unique contribution to society.”
HOTEL BOOKING FOR CONFERENCE HEADQUARTER HOTEL (Lloyd Hall, Banff Centre)
Brewster Banff Airport Express or Banff Airporter
Hotel room bookings do have a cancellation clause. Many attendees take advantage of this feature and book their guest room in advance. This is a good idea but please remember that every cancellation reduces the pick up on the room block that is secured for the event and creates potential for IPAC Canada to be charged significant attrition if the contracted number of rooms are not filled. Before cancelling your guest room, please attempt to transfer the room to another attendee, or let us know before cancelling so we can attempt to fill the room.
Thank you for your consideration.

Warning for Attendees/Exhibitors
