Presenter:

Brittany Cogdeill

Hi! My name is BRITTANY COGDEILL. Yoga has been a part of my life since 2009 and has been there for me through many of life’s trials and triumphs. I believe we can all heal from life stress or trauma and yoga is a powerful tool to help us. Practicing mindful, gentle movements of the body help unleash stuck energy that resides within. When we are able to find balance of the mind, body and spirit- that is when we begin to understand our true authentic selves.

I received my 200-hour yoga instructor certification from the Highland Square School of Yoga along with my 85-hour prenatal yoga certification from the ChildLight Education Company. Through these experiences my life has changed and I have a new profound perspective of this beautiful world.

In my classes, I love to focus on the entire body and flow through gentle movements while practicing mindfulness and meditation. I bring philosophy and life teachings that help explore the deepness of your soul. My techniques and asanas focus on bringing the mind, body and soul into balance. I also specialize in prenatal yoga, guiding mothers through all stages of their pregnancy. Not only do we find benefits of the physical movements of yoga but also benefits as we focus on community, breathing techniques and preparing the mind and body for birth. I am dedicated to guiding my students and ensuring each and every individual leaves their mat feeling at peace.
